presence at major exhibitions across the world, in particular
in Europe and Malaysia. Following a brief on the event
strategy and objectives, we typically assume responsibility
for all negotiations with exhibition organisers, Customs,
unions and suppliers. We manage stand design and production,
setup, breakdown and transport. We source and secure
associated venues for demos and customer entertainment.
We handle invitations, direct marketing pieces, presentations
and giveaways
- and the jugglers, shoe-shiners and showmen that draw
visitors
onto your stand.
We ensure that your executives rehearse their presentations
and
we are there, every day, to see that everything is in
place to deliver a return on the significant investment
that a major exhibition represents.
